The area was good & was very close to the venue where we attended the wedding.

The room was smiling badly , the table light bulb was missing the wall clock not working. The Internet doesn't exist no signal at all , the toilet is not and it is difficult to flush .

The staff were very welcoming, we arrived late and there were no nearby places to buy hot offered, they were very kind to offer myself and my 2 sons some very delicious hearty authentic cultural food consisting of rice and meat, a huge serving plate with salad enough for 4 people. We ate it all, and there is also an iron and ironing board that is very important well for me, especially if you need to press your folded clothing. There are also coffee and tea making facilities in your room and a TV. They smiled and catered to our needs whenever we asked for service, still went out of their way during a busy wedding they were catering to. There is always someone on site to assist you. Very friendly don't know how they do it loool, as they have events going on at the same time minding the hotel. You can not hear any of the events. The rooms are soundproof. You wouldn't even know anything was going on, lol. The rooms are very cosy, and we were on the ground floor near the reception, which I prefer just for assistance purposes as we were just exploring the area. We were also allowed to view their banqueting hall, so luxurious and lovely venue if you're planning a wedding, birthday party, or any special occasion, even a workplace party, there are 4 event halls depending on number of guests. Last but not least, they even gave us a late checkout, no stress or running us out for their next checking, we would definitely come again and explore the area more as we went as far as Heathrow to watch flights ascending right over our heads low level in the park, great for kids and picnic.

Unfortunately, there are not a lot of restaurants around, but there is a Polish restaurant right next door, or short walking distance for kebab shops, cafe, and a burger joint. Or you can get the bus to central hounslow and get more selections or order from deliveroo and have your choice delivered to the hotel and meet them outside.

Friendly staff who were willing to make my comfort their priority.

Wifi signal wasn't the strongest

The only positive comment was that the food in the attached Polish Bar/restaurant was very good. It was also convenient for me as I had just finished working in the area and was tired so just wanted a bed for the night.

Where to start ....On arrival once they found my reservation, which to be fair had only been made 15 minutes before arrival, i was shown to the room. Walking down the corridor , past fire doors propped open with fire extinguishers, and pest control boxes on the carpet in the hallway I arrived at the room. The room was not very good, the TV was not working, the bathroom floor was cracked dirty tiles. I did not dare use the shower which had open shampoo bottles on the side. The bed was not well made the mattress was old and uncomfortable. The bedside light in the room was brand new the cable not even untied and not even a bulb inside !!! Basically i tried to sleep which was disturbed by all the noise outside by a large number of people celebrating some sort of event and kids playing football in the car park. When I went to check out I went to return the key to reception and had to again pass through the fire door propped open still, climb over the push bike that was thrown at the fire escape exit that was the only way out and on arrival at the reception desk I WOKE the female night porter to give the key card back. All i can say is glad there was not a fire !!!!

Our stay was exceptional to say the least. The Staff were so kind, lovely and accommodating. It was mine and my other half's anniversary so I had requested for a nice room under the "Deluxe" range. Little did we know, upon entering our room, it was decorated with a balloon arch and a lovely little table laid out with red napkins and candles! It was so lovely and the team really went above and beyond to make it so special for us without us even asking! Thank you again, The Osterley Park Hotel Team, we appreciate everything you did for us! With regards to the room, we had gone for a Deluxe room with all the amenities you could need! Even came with a smart tv with all the apps so we were kept entertained throughout our stay. The bed was super comfy and the sheets were clean. Bathroom came with a bath/shower facility and it was a newly refurbished modern build which was quite refreshing for the value! Overall; I can't really fault this hotel at all and i'd really be reaching if I tried.. Many other hotels could learn a thing or two about the quality of service that we were delighted with, that’s for sure! Thank you again Osterley Park Hotel. I will definitely be staying again with you soon.

There was a wedding happening so parking was a little difficult when we arrived but it was resolved seamlessly in a quick and easy manner by the reception team as they had an allocated space reserved just for us. Overall 5* handling of a minor problem. So happy!

The location was very good for me. The staff members are friendly and professional.

The matress wasn't very good. The children inside the garden made a lot of noise till midnight.
