Spacious comfortable rooms.

While the overall experience was positive, I believe there’s room for improvement in the cleanliness of the hotel.

I recently stayed at Osterley Park Hotel and had a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was comfortable and clean. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. Overall, it was a good stay, and I would consider returning in the future.

The facilities and location were excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful at the same time. I really recommend the place to anyone who is planning to explore London

First room provided of damp Moved to second room. Flush didn’t work no glasses provided. No bulb in lamp and whole place looked dusty building resembling construction site. Feeling of abondment

Renovation provide basic facilities and good clean

Convenient location

It seemed run down. Undergoing some sort of renovation. Rather dilapidated.

It is clearly a new place - the furnishings & bed linens are clearly new. The beds were comfortable.

The room itself was old & needs updating urgently. We had a family room & bizarrely the bathroom had 2 showers in glass cubicles, facing each other. Each shower cubicle was so small you could barely move in it. We found cockroaches running around the room. When chasing them to try & catch them we found several rentokil boxes around the room. On booking.com site it says there’s a shuttle bus that gets you to the airport, which is what we needed as the purpose of our stay was to drop off at the airport early in the morning. When I asked about this service at reception, they didn’t know anything about it.
