Cosy Ensuite Bedroom I 5min walk from Bramall Lane Stadium

The location was okay with plenty of shops around and it was close to the town center, the en-suites were a nice touch

The property itself was nice however i had an issue in the rooms with cleanliness as i had found a bug in my bed along with what seemed to be lady bug sheddings? To which when brought up to the staff i was accused of bringing in the bugs myself as they “had never had this issue before” pushing away the responsibility

The property itself was easy to find, convenient, and clean! The room was cosy with a nice en-suite layout

Must admit the top floor with the skylight got a tad warm in the heatwave but that’s no fault of the management!

Two lots of very steep stairs. A bit of a struggle with a suitcase if you have arthritis as I have.

Terraced house that had been internally renovated. Central location. Very clean bedroom and shared kitchen. I had an issue with the keys which the owners sorted out quickly.

Was unaware that it was a shared kitchen until I arrived, not that it was a problem but would have preferred to know in advance. Stairs were very steep. Instructions about the keys and locking system would have been helpful.

Awful

When I arrived there was dry blood an my bedsheets. I needed a replacement key to access my room which became a huge issue. The owners where threatening and hostile and have made me feel very sad.
