Fantastic staff who were very accommodating. The properly is close to the city centre, but in a quiet area. The room was modern and the bed was very comfortable. A few refreshments were left in the room upon arrival. Regular cleaning were in place, and the staff provided an option to have room cleaned 24 hours before cleaners arrived. I had a small unavoidable issue with the shower and a plumber was sent to fix this within an hour of me informing the staff about it. The properly itself is very secure, and security measures/rules were satisfactory. Free laundry facilities at the property, and a clothes hoarse to dry washing.

Maybe change the quiet hours from 11pm to 9/10pm - the guest renting the next door room often woke me up during early hours of the morning from shouting on his game/voice chat, and banging on his table. This had nothing to do with the property and management, and I’m sure that if I made the staff aware, they would have sorted it. However, I didn’t want to be a nuisance by complaining, so I decided to put up with it as I only had a few days left at the property. I think by making the quiet hours begin earlier at night, it would mitigate potential issues that future guests have with noise levels of the other tenants (a good night rest is important when you work shifts).
