"Excellent"

Staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Accommodated our dietary requirements without hesitation. Rooms were very comfortable, very clean and well equipped. Even provided free water and softdrinks, tea and coffee. Breakfast was lovely. Location was good, easy walk into main town and to the train station.

"Wonderful accommodation to enjoy Monterosso!"

The location is great - at north end of town, close to beach and walkable to Old Town. Breakfast was great- we loved being able to grab it from the breakfast area and sit on our patio to enjoy the view!

The only thing not "great" is that it is on the 4th floor but the stairs were easy to manage. Otherwise we have nothing bad to say; we would love to stay here again!

It was awesome to have our own little kitchenette and the continental breakfast was delicious! Christine was amazing…she even carried my bag up the 87 stairs to our room!

The 87 stairs! That’s a lot but it was good exercise!

To me it was fine but my husband would have liked maybe some cold cuts, cheese maybe even hard boil eggs. My husband likes his breakfast.

The walls could use some sound proofing. We could hear the couple next door. There was also a lot of stairs to our room (87 stairs). Maybe they could have some young men to help carry the luggage upstairs. They also need to give more detail on when you arrive. We didn't have anything extra and needed to call them, leave a message then wait for an answer.
