We booked a property months in advance and on the day of the planned overnight stay it was cancelled on the grounds that a mistake had been made. There was neither an apology nor support for a replacement property. The additional costs incurred as a result of the cancellation were also not reimbursed.

It was in a great location, very close to the beach with great views.

It’s only minor, but the stairs. Also we didn’t know where to go when we first arrived to check in, instructions need to be clearer.

Extremely fresh, clean and well appointed room. Lovely breakfast included each morning. Perfect location and beautiful view. Lovely extra touches such as slippers and drinks in the fridge.

The room was small with little space for luggage but it was very well appointed with practical furnishings. The fourth floor was tricky with luggage but they provided help to carry the bags up.

Internet did not work for 2 out of 3 days we were there. But I understand that they were trying to fix it. 4 flights of stairs, but this is common in historical towns.

Located just metres from the beach. The room was spacious and clean with a lovely view through to the water. Breakfast was fresh each morning. Parking available onsite (rare) at a small fee. Friendly and helpful hosts.

Host was so lovely and helpful The room was great - clean and modern. Location of the property was awesome, really close to everything you need. Definitely recommend this property

Everything!!! The location, service hit most of all the owners. Couldn’t do enough for us. Went way and beyond.
