Location and comfort.

Couldn’t figure out how to use the TV, but we were not there to watch television so it was not a big deal.

Nothing, made my family feel super uncomfortable.

Rooms were very under maintained. We didn’t even stay there for an hour and we decided to go to the YOGO hotel. When I went to check out the person at the front desk was on his phone and didn’t even offer a refund. Even though we checked in just an hour before hand. Horrible service and my family felt unsafe the little amount of time we were there.
