Called and couldn't get a hold of the facility and no one called back

I was recommended not to stay at this motel by previous folks that had bad experiences. I canceled my room reservations upon arrival and seeing the condition of the motel.

The beds were super comfortable. The place was clean. Staff brought us more conditioner and shampoo that we needed for our girls. They also brought us an electric fly zapper because there were flies in the room- the doors open to the parking lot.

I didn't like the ammonia cleaner smell, nor the flies in the room.

Good location. Included features such as keurig coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator.

Not particularly well maintained. Very strange and awkward layout. Beds extremely soft.

Pulled up to the office to check in, the pictures look pretty good but much different when you pull up. It looks sketchy and a mess. 2 cops were blocking the parking lot talking to a heavily intoxicated man while others were clearing out a room. Was skeptical and got my room key and sat in my car on the street until the cops left a few minutes later. I thought they arrested the guy but when I pulled in to the lot, there he was standing in the doorway next to my room, attempting to guide me while I parked, while his friend was sitting on the bed behind him with a plate on his lap lining out drugs. I stayed in the car, backed out, and went back to the office, told the attendant there was no way I’m staying here (I’m a 29 year old 120 pound female traveling alone).the attendant had the audacity to get mad at me after watching what went down. It’s non refundable too so paid $90 for bad entertainment and to get scared by a crack head.

Walked in and the room smelled. Walked in the bathroom, walked out and didn't even stay there. Found a different place to stay

There was no breakfast.

Lock didn't feel safe and neither did the location. The tub/shower was nothing we cared to step into.

Ok clean

Didn't change garbage, towels, sink plugged, etc., etc.

The room was missing base board allowing bugs inside. The walls were covered in patched holes. The bathroom window was missing a window pane. The shower was missing the hot water knob, I had to try to locate an employee to request a wrench to take a shower. The room had a strange smell.
