Emmetts is situated in a rather remote area but has outstanding views and lots of interesting places to visit. Surrounding roads are pretty challenging, careful driving essential! It was nice staying on a working farm, great to see horses, pigs and chickens and of course, a cockeral.

The family bathroom sink needs attention, new taps and a working plug would be helpful. Not much option regarding storage of toiletries etc.

The cottage is lovely, well furnished, very comfortable and warm. It is in a quiet spot in the middle of Exmoor with lovely views.

Location, cosy, homely, comfortable, nice beds, peaceful.

No doormat inside front door. No matches and firelighter ddnt work.
