Riad Les Gazelles D'Orient Marrakech

What a fantastic location in the heart of the medina. The room was spacious and clean with everything you would need. The staff go above and beyond especially the riad manager Adam who went above and beyond to be the greatest host with hospitality unmatched. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay at a beautiful riad where you're treated more like family than a customer.

Merci au personnel incroyable de l'établissement pour leur gentillesse et leur aide. C'est notamment grâce à Adam que nous avons pu faire tout ce que nous voulions sans problème. Chaque employé de ce riad est attentif à nos besoins et fait tout ce qu'il peut pour répondre à vos attentes. J'ai rarement vu une telle qualité de service. Le riad est très beau et bien placé, mais sa plus grande qualité sont les personnes qui y travaillent. Encore merci à eux, nous recommanderons l'établissement.

Le seul reproche que nous pourrions faire c'est le manque d'insonorisation des chambres.

Todo perfecto. La estancia ha sido excelente desde el primer momento. El alojamiento estaba muy limpio, cómodo y bien ubicado. El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, facilitando todo el proceso de llegada y salida, así como Adam nos ayudó con la estancia allí. Sin duda, una experiencia muy recomendable y repetiría sin dudarlo.

Adam, the hotel manager was great. He made sure we have everything we need and we are comfortable. He explained everything in detail so that we know where we can go and eat and what we can visit. He was constantly checking that we are having a good time.

Magnifique séjour au riad les Gazelles d’Orient à Marrakech. Un emplacement unique, qui permet de découvrir la médina et ses alentours à pied. Le personnel, aux petits soins, permet de profiter de petits déjeuners de qualité dans un endroit très calme. De plus, la gestion de ce riad par Adam est tout simplement exceptionnelle, il donne d’excellents conseils pour découvrir Marrakech avec que de bonnes adresses. Nous reviendrons!

We had a great stay at the Riad. Staff was friendly and helpful. Adam was in touch via What's App and helped us throughout our stay with transportation, recommendations and any other questions we had. Super friendly and easy to deal with. There was always someone to let us in and we felt very safe and supported during our stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was traditional Moroccan and enjoyed!
