NZOutdoor space and choice of seating.. Seemed clean and tidy. Shower pressure/temperature were good. Good choice of pillows. Dedicated parking spot.
Absence of hand towels. Absence of toilet roll holders. Pot plants on the stairs. Incense diffusers in the bedroom. Difficulty of opening the only wardrobe we were allowed to use. Absence of extra tea towels despite instructions saying there were some. The amount of noise you could hear from next door. Twice I thought we had burglars as the footsteps on the stairs were so loud. Several places said to call the host if I had queries but nowhere was a phone number given for her. Blinds didn't work properly or were absent all together. All little things but taken together spoiled our stay.
GBGBVery nice location, very quiet area. Shops and places to eat not to far away. The host sent us a load of information regarding all the appliances and how to work them.
The blinds didn’t work very well in the bedrooms. Cups were a bit dirty so had to clean before using them A few things that were in the fridge were out of date. No hand towels to dry hands after using the toilet. Bin was full so had to take rubbish home with us. Cobwebs in the bathroom.

GBGBThe parking bay was directly opposite the house which was a huge bonus for unloading! Everything was very comfy. Great location for both going into Wells & Wookey Hole. Nice to sit in the sunshine on the patio at the end of the day.
The blinds in the bedroom do not totally shut out the light at night (My eyes are light sensitive).
NZThe apartment was gorgeous. It was super clean, with very comfortable beds and a lovely outdoor space to enjoy. It was in a very quiet location. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there. 😀
