Informed on a lengthy email instructions and there should have been a manual and booklets on how to use items correctly. Coffee machine - pods left on the side did not work. Informed to take off shoes on the stairs when it was dirty in the first instance. Advertised as apartment not a house in a built up living area with neighbours partying. A walk to the local pub was 1 mile on a dangerous country road, no instructions provided. The internet was buffering This was obviously family home with pictures of themselves everywhere of the owner on the walls? Not what we expected to see? All in all it could have been much cleaner than it was..!

Nothing we did not like. But I think information about local areas such as outings and takeaway menus would be a nice added touch.

Garden was neglected and plants outside dying off . Sad.. grass needed cutting .. couldn’t get lid down on coffee machine abs there was a cupboard with a padlock half broken off.. wasn’t us but made us a bit uneasy..
GBEverything!! 🤩 It was in a lovely location,the house was clean and well presented!! The beds were fantastic with plenty of pillows and the garden was great with lovely outdoor seating area!!

GBVery homely and pet friendly. Very good location if you are exploring Wells, Glastonbury and sorrounding areas. It is located on a residential area ans quite. Has a parking slot allocated just outside the property. Very comfy bed. Has enclosed garden for the pet as well as human to enjoy as extension . It is in the corner end of a terraced house . Thr owner responds very quickly if you messaged her and ensure everythings ok. There is a big tv with netflix.Prime amazon etc available. I was able to watched Conclave which i have been waiting for months to become available! Theres both bath and shower as well.
Both toilet seats bit loose and needs checking. I could have done it but bits missing....
