Just balcony views.

Hair on pillow, dust on sofas and table... floor was sticky... No cattle in the room, no slipper, old Towels... No exhaust in washroom/Toilet. Unskilled staff and careless service. Just disgusting

The staff wakes up late. We had to call on mobile for the first cup of tea at 0800hrs because the room telephone was not working and there is no other way that we can contact them if we require them. Most of the time the stock of simple food is not available. The reception needs to be manned. The owners and managers need to be proactive with feedback for maintenance because it's a priority.Location is good. The rod and hangers are missing in wardrobe.A small clothline in the bathroom will be highly appreciated.

Gyser not working in 303 room number. Parking car is so difficult to park . Paratha price is too expensive 1 paratha is Rs 120/- plus gst and tea is Rs 50

It have wonderful sunset view.. Mannu and tanish where friendly and really helped in making mussoorie trip the best
