Worst experience of my life with any property. I think the only good reason thing was the breakfast as the spread was quite decent

We had booked 2 rooms for family and both ended up with very foul smell from the toilet, and the dampness. There were no toiletries in the bathroom. The linens and the towels were not fresh or clean, they smelled and were dirty as if they were clearly used. Overall the room was also in a very broken down shape. Once we asked the staff to change the rooms, they were nice enough to accommodate that. The new rooms were atleast stayable and did not smell of toilet or the dampness but the linens and towels were still very dirty and foul smelling. The WC in the bathrooms were not usable as there was no space for your legs and you had to keep your legs up

The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts Ive had.

Bedsheets were not really clean, marks and spots, and had to have them changed before going to bed.

Location is good close to shopping malls

Linens are quite smelly

The hotel was very clean staff very friendly and helpful, the choice of food at breakfast was very good and the quality of food in the bar and restaurant was excellent.

The hotel is a little out of town and very busy roads so a cab is required to go anywhere.

i love everything about here. staying here was the right choice i made. first, the hotel's design is beautiful, the room is very nice and comfortable and clean. my favourite part was the room has a smart tv. the bathroom, very clean and i love the smell of bodysoap they are using— its a lovely scent. the poolside area is clean, inviting, and peaceful. second, the breakfast really met my standards and my family enjoyed it as well. and lastly, the staff are just amazing— so kind, friendly and really helpful. i wish we stayed longer, but i'll definitely come back here if i visit medan again.

Pros: got a free upgrade, free late checkout, clean sheets, live music, indoor smoking area, slippers in the room and friendly staff. Cons: side table in the room had rings from a mug so hadn't been cleaned, old kettle, no hand soap in the bathroom, bathroom was too small and the water kept going out of the shower, shower water wasn't hot enough, qr code for the menu in the room didn't work, had to take my luggage upstairs by myself because only one person on reception, no full length mirror, desk had no light above it, laundry has no express option - I dropped it off at 9pm and had to wait until 5pm the next day to get it back which is quite long for only ten items, swimming pool is closed at night so couldn't use it.
