MYThe front desk staff when i arrive to check in were unfriendly and quite un-welcoming and when i asked for iron he said there were none but when i asked at the morning staff they able to provide one. And the pool area opening hour during my stay is only till 6pm which is really limited

GBThe lobby of the hotel is very grand and modern and gives a good first impression. The concierge service is good
Most of the food in the restaurant is prepared with tap water, which is not safe for tourists. Therefore there was very few options to eat, and nothing for vegetarians. Food that doesn’t use water like Pizza, takes over an hour to make. I booked a 90 minute massage but ended up being 50 minutes as the massager was late and then stopped after “one hour” but it was actually less than one hour. It’s not a proper spa room so did not feel relaxing. The rooms are very old and look dirty. I did my laundry here but it took speaking to 4 different people to finally understand what time it would be finished and how much it cost and when my laundry arrived things were missing which I had to chase.
