せまい部屋で十分！かえって落ち着く。余分なサービスは要らない。この値段で朝食付きはありがたい。又、利用したい！

"Convenient and peaceful place to rest your head in Kyoto."

Comfortable albeit small - what i was expecting - private room. Japanese-style futon, but not on the floor. Pristine shared showers, and ablution facilities. I stayed on the women's floor, and the shower/ washing facilities are women only too. Comfortable shared lounge area downstairs with simple kitchen facilities (microwave, hot water) where you can eat and work (power points). Breakfast (included) is in breakfast cafe next door - you can go in your pyjamas - choice of 3 'sets' (see photos), from Japanese to fairly western. I had mackerel every day, it was delicious! Fantastic location with Gojo metro station right outside - 1 stop to Kyoto Central train station.

Nothing - was perfect for my needs. Don't bring large luggage though, it won't fit into your room - travel light Japanese-style.
