エアコンの冷房をつけたら、悪臭がしたので、除湿に切り替えました。 インバウンドさんが夜１０時を過ぎても、お互いの部屋を部屋をドンドン叩く音、大声で話す声が１１時半位まで続きました。 また、朝早く５時半頃から、同様の騒音が起こりました。 こちらのホテルには６回目位の滞在ですが、初めてのことでした。 今回は運が悪かっただけかもしれませんが、注意喚起を徹底してほしいです。

Good location near the subway. Breakfast included. Good shower facilities.

Room could have a few more hangers. Rooms next to the bathroom (wall to wall) were not ok. We could ear the noise. Beds could have fitted sheets as it's far more easy to make your own bed. Also, for common areas you could have a little more seating / working space, a few mangas to read.

Overall, the hotel was great. The staff were friendly and professional. I booked a single room, but my room was upgraded to a twin room because there were not enough female-only rooms available for two consecutive nights. The Kyoto City accommodation tax was charged at check-in, and payment could be made using several methods, including credit cards. The walls were well insulated, and the guests followed the hotel policies, so it was quiet at night. Face and bath towels were provided, and additional towels could be requested for longer stays. There were vending machines and laundry facilities on the first floor and payment could be made using an IC card (ICOCA, Suica, etc.) or cash. The hotel also provided free luggage storage for guests with an IC card. In addition, the hotel was very close to the subway station, and several convenience stores, including 7-Eleven, Lawson, and FamilyMart, were within walking distance.

The only issue was that doing laundry at night was difficult because there were too many guests and only four washing machines were available on site.
