Central Buxton apt in Spring Gardens

Beautiful modern apartment lovely touches , very central and close to all the shops.

The sofa wasn’t very comfortable. Although we didn’t expect to stay in of the evening but the weather wasn’t the best. Lots of stairs.

Fulfilled expectations.

I wouldn't have booked had I known before that it was on the second floor with no lift.

Patrick provided loads of information on restaurant recommendations, things to do in the area and local parking before our visit which was really appreciated.

The location was great. The instructions from Patrick were really clear meaning we weren't stood outside in the rain trying to gain entrance. The apartment itself was beautiful, well presented and perfect for a weekend break. I'd read a few reviews about noise etc but if you want town centre accommodation, you can't expect silence, we just used ear plugs! The bathroom was finished to a great standard, loved the waterfall shower head and the seperate hose head. The kitchen was clean, modern and functional and met all our needs. The bedroom was spacious with a wardrobe that looked like it should have led to Narnia. The bed was comfy and we had a great sleep. Would definitely stay again.

The mattress was not very comfortable. It really needs updating because you roll into the middle. Otherwise a lovely convenient apartment.

Nice, clean, warm, good location, great bathroom and kitchen, easy parking, had everything you needed.

Smallish bed for 2, very soft / uncomfortable mattress, radiator in bedroom made a loud clicking noise throughout the night, noisy outside until 1am (cars racing around and pub goers shouting etc) - blinds in bedroom don’t block the street light. Terrible night’s sleep

A great apartment, very nicely furnished, comfortable with all facilities to a high standard. Bed on the small side, but comfortable. Great shower! A rangle of lighting, which is a feature often overlooked and which we enjoyed. Handy location in the centre of Buxton. Good communication from the owner. No private parking, which is made clear in the instructions, and there are limits on the public parking - we parked in the loading bay just outside the flat to unload and then parked in an unrestricted street 10 minutes walk away, so that was OK.

Only minor - TV reception very poor and no sound. A few items a bit 'style over substance' - eg unuseable cups with tiny handles, beautiful but tiny bathroom sink.
