The stairs ! Not really suitable for elderly or those with mobility issues. This should be made quite obvious in the accommodation profile. We managed but it was a struggle carrying luggage up and down. Also some decent sized cups/mugs to drink from would be nice. Those provided were very small and difficult to hold. More designer than practical.

GBGBModern up to date apartment, fitted out with pretty much everything you'll need. Up quite a few stairs but when we got there we were very impressed. Couldn't be in a better location right in the town centre, but not noisy.
Didn't find anything to complain about, perfect for us.
