Luis and Sarah are very friendly host. The place is very cosy, clean and the bed is very comfortable. I've found there everything that were needed for me. Food shops and bus stops are very close but the area is very quiet. I'm sure I'll come back soon for an other staying.

What is not to like about this cosy little place in the heart of lovely Plymouth. It's not the first time I have stayed at this property but eveytime I am made to feel welcome. The loft annex is well equipped with what you need for a comfortable stay. I will book again in the future.

The flat was perfect for our stay. Small but clean cosy and very well designed. Louis was very friendly and made us feel welcome and the location was perfect for visiting our family. We would definitely stay again.
