Seashell Guesthouse, bar and tattoos

Sehr chilliger Vibe, sehr schöne Lage, tolle Leute. Tolle Empfehlungen. Hab’s geliebt.

Keine AC, dadurch sehr heiß. Während meines Aufenthalts gab’s kein Frühstück, aber es gibt viele andere gute Optionen direkt nebenan, also echt kein Ding.

I loved my stay here. The beds were comfy. I stayed both in the dorms and in a private room, each for a few days. Both were great. No aircon (you have a fan) or WiFi but it wasn’t needed. The common area has lots of places to sit and chill. It looks out onto the beach so you can’t help but feel relaxed. M’Pai Bay is amazing, so laid back. I left to visit another bay, but ended up coming back to M’Pai and Seashell. You can walk about 10 minutes to quiet long beach which is so beautiful. You can see bioluminescent plankton at night here too! You can also rent a snorkel and just go from the island. The people staying at seashell were great, and so were the volunteers. Big love Tarik!! Felt so relaxed by the end of my stay, didn’t want to leave.

Un endroit idéale pour se reposer, mais aussi rencontrer du monde et vivre qq jours en communauté. Pleins d’activités proposées : jeux de société, soirée film, yoga, perles, dessins, couche de soleil…. Aux allants tours il y a pleins de petit resto.

Pas vraiment d’espace pour poser ses affaires. Combo moustiquaire et ventilateur pas évident dans les lits superposés, mais on finit par s’y faire.

Nice guesthouse, right on the beachfront. Good place to unplug and rewind. The guesthouse offers nice breakfast. Nice restaurants/cafes/bars nearby. Mix of local life and western expats. Lots of long stay travellers at this guesthouse which shows it’s a nice place to have a base.

Payment for water refill and no WiFi seems a bit stingy compared to everywhere else I’ve stayed in SE Asia but not a big problem. Private rooms at the top are very hot (and I also hear top bunks are) but just about able to sleep with the fan on.

Ostello piacevole e tranquillo, con camera grande (anche se un po' malandata), e pulito. Lo staff è simpatico, e ogni giorno organizzano qualche attività carina da fare assieme.

Ho avuto problemi con il letto: c'era qualcosa di pruriginoso e non ben identificato che mi ha dato prurito tutte le notti, problema riscontrato anche da altri ospiti. Inoltre nessuna delle luci date in dotazione per ogni letto pareva funzionare, e l'illuminazione della camera lascia un po' a desiderare.

Emplacement parfait, sur la plage comme dans les films ! Confortable, bien aménagé et propre. Personnel très accueillant.

PAS DE WIFI (les restaurants à côté en ont). Pas de gel douche. Les chambres individuelles se trouvent sous le toit, il y a un gros ventilateur assez efficace mais ça ne remplace pas une clim avec ce type de chaleur …

Super flinkt ungt dansk værtspar! De er altid omkring til at give en hjælpende hånd og komme med anbefalinger til aktiviteter rundt i området. Fantastisk beliggenhed lige ned til stranden, bekvemmelige værelser og roligt fællesareal. Afslappende atmosfære i hyggelig fiskerlandsby. Kan ikke anbefale det nok!
