Modern City Apartment - Very Central by Station

Tocmai ca nu mia placut

Am fost mintit in nainte de a inchiria proprietatea mia aratat usa din strada..si dupa ce faceti programarea va explica sa mergeti pe o alta strada sa loat cheia .care dupa aceia trebuie deschise 2 usi .si urci scari immense de lungi. Am inchiriat pentru o saptamana .si .nu am avut lenjeri de pat de schimb a trebuit sa le re folosec ce am gasit ..am sunat la proprietate si mia cerut o taxa de 30 pentru ami se aduce lenjeri de pat a spus ca eu trebuie sa platesc delivari sa beneficiez de cearsafuri de pat .misa cerut alte 30 pentru ca cineva sa ami aduca un pat de o persoana .de ore ce eu am comandat o proprietate pentru 3 persoane . Dar pe canapeua din living nu se putea dormi .ca nu Avea cearsaf si era din piele....am platitudes un pretty prea mare ....aveti grija la.această proprietate ca ..pe buking va arata poze din strada si ce le convine lor dar de fapt sunteti la etaj .si urcati scari foarte inalte

Temizlik kötü, temizlik malzemesi yeterli degil, tuvalet kagidi yeterli degil, bulasik deterjani yeterli degil, camasir deterjani hic yok. Çöp problemi yasadık, kapinin onundeki çöp konteynırları bosaltılmıyor ve 3 ev aynı cöp konteynırını kullanıyor yeterli değil. Nevresimler temiz degildi, bir odanin nevresimleri kullanilmisti, carsaf, yastik ve yorganda saç, kıl ve toz vardı. Ekstra nevresim de yoktu. Ev sahibine çöp sorununu yazdığımda hiç cevap alamadım.

Die Wohnung war von der Grösse her tiptop und alles war schnell erreichbar.

Es war sehr lärmig, man hörte jede Person die draussen vorbeilief sprechen als ob sie im selben Raum sei. Dementsprechend laut war der Verkehr. Das Haus sieht von aussen nicht einladend aus. Geschweige denn die Umgebung. Die Beschreibung Luxurious Appartement kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Somit stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überhaupt nicht.

Beautifully furnished apartment, very comfortable beds.

Good location for accessing city centre but unfortunately we were there when it was very hot weather and the traffic and people noise from outside, made it difficult to sleep with the windows open. Fans were provided and really it was a minor complaint that we wouldn't have noticed if we hadn't needed to have the windows open due to the heat! It wasn't clear that the two bed apartment was upstairs which initially caused a bit of confusion but easily resolved.

The location is perfect. Near eateries and grocers, just 15 mins walk away from the city.

Some facility needs more regular maintenance like the dish washer. Cleaning service for more than 3 days stay is needed. Just basic cleaning will help.
