Central and modern apartment in Oslo

Emplacement proche du centre et point d'attraction facilement rejouaniable à la marche. 5 min à pied pour rejoindre Aker brygge

Manque de lumière et équipements cuisine minimal. Propreté limite, surtout dans l'aménagement de la cuisine. A chaque douche, risque d'innondation 😂 car la porte de douche n'est pas étanche. Information sur Booking au sujet du check out fausse, confirmé jusqu'à 12h, en réalité à 10h vous êtes priés de quitter sous peine de frais supplémentaires. Mentionné machine à laver, mais votre hôtes, préfère que vous ne les utilisez pas?!? Télévision présente, mais pas fonctionnelle, aucune chaîne visible. Situation dérangeante pour la sécurité de nos effets personnel, visite d'un technicien réseaux durant notre séjour, avons dû laisser notre clé pour qu'il puisse accéder à l'appartement.

The apartment is not only clean but cozy as well. Our children loved it. It made them felt like home.

There are no bright lights and no AC.

L'appartamento risulta molto ben arredato con i giusti spazi. La cucina è ben fornita e disposta. La posizione è vantaggiosa in quanto vicina al distretto Tjuvholmen

Nel momento della prenotazione viene indicata anche una bottiglia di vino per soggiorno, cosa per cui in realtà mi sono stati chiesti 90€ successivamente, che ovviamente non è stata acquistata. Riguardo ciò lo staff di Booking è stato notificato. Gli asciugamani presenti erano stati usati (probabilmente dagli ultimi inquilini), in quanto bagnati e non cambiati. Fortunatamente ne erano presenti di puliti nell'armadio. È necessaria un'applicazione per entrare nel condominio.

The apartment is small but looks cute overall. They have shampoo, body wash and hair dryer. The beds are comfortable. And it’s close to public transportation.

The apartment was so dark especially on rainy day. There was no light on one side of the kitchen, which made it hard to see things around here. I doubt if the carpet was clean since we found a piece of broken glass on the carpet. It was hot in the room but there was no fan available. There was loud music/noise from the other side of the street from 7am until midnight. On booking.com, it said that one way airport shuttle was included in the room rate but when I contact the property, I was told that it’s not included. So, be aware if you’re expected a free shuttle.

Great location, property largely as expected (we missed a bread knife though...), key collection procedure a bit complicated (downloading app for main entrance) would have been nice to know in advance for immediate entry to the property on arrival.

Parking was advertised at Booking.com. I do realize that it didn't say "Private Parking" or "Free Parking". But on arrival the message was "roadside-parking is permitted, but you'll have to find a free spot yourself". There were no free spots just outside the property, and driving across the neighbourhood took quite some time until I was (very) lucky to find a spot for paid parking (which is indeed not cheap in Olslo......!!)
