Central and modern apartment in Oslo

It was located near to train station And centrally located

Everything was good

Great location, near central Oslo. Very cozy and warm living space.

The beds weren't made and had a suspicious smell, there was a lot of bed clothes/towels in the drier/washing machine from the previous guests (therefore, no clean towels for us). Bathroom was very filthy and the shower had awful conditions, water went everywhere every time someone took one.

The location is excellent, it's really near the city center. The apartment is nice and cozy. Everything was okay on that part

Well, they didn't send us all of the information that we needed to enter the building, so we spent an hour trying to enter. No one was answering the messages, and when we tried to call the number, he said that he was at the party and we could see a tutorial on youtube how to open a keybox, but the problem was that they forget to send us a location of that hidden keybox in front of the building. So after an hour and calls and freezing, we finally did our check-in. They didn't even apologize for their mistake. In the bathroom, the shower cabin was horrible. When you take a shower, all water will go out because the door of that cabin is not good and the whole bathroom will be flooded.

Spacious apartment in a quiet but central location. Walking distance to city centre, trains/trams, cafes, shops, etc. Heated floor in bathroom, self check-in, big tv, equipped kitchen.

Does the water spill out from under the screen when you shower? Sure! Is it going to ruin your holiday? Absolutely not. The flat could’ve been cleaner (there was a hair ball delicately placed on top of the shower screen, and some surfaces looked liked they’d never seen a rag, but it was generally clean enough for an apartment stay. Non-responsive host, check-in details sent on day of arrival, but hey we got in! Not a fan of having to clean on check-out….Obviously leaving the place neat and tidy is reasonable and basic courtesy, but here you are requested to take out the trash and remove the bed sheets in order to help out the cleaning team.

The lockbox had been taken prior to our arrival and the hosts were able to accomodate us quickly with providing us access when we called.

When we arrived there was washing still in the dryer so we had to dry and fold the sheets. We weren’t sure what towels were clean. There was hair in the shower
