Compact, comfortable bed, quiet.

A chair in the room would be beneficial. Why have a tv when it is not connected even to freeview or streaming?

Clean and quiet with a pretty view and comfortable bed.

The “private bathroom” was at the other end of the shared house in the shared laundry. People from the other rooms on edge because someone unknown was coming/going made it feel a little awkward.

It was such a comfortable clean place. Loved the feelings about the room and shared areas..

The signage was a disappointment.. Need to have an address on the fence, not on the door, as you couldn't see the numbers on the front door at night unless you walked up to the door it self

The room was not as advertised. Cleary states it’s an apartment with its own bathroom. When in reality it is a room in a shared house with a share bathroom. Not enough blankets and heater not sufficient enough to heat up room.

we feel we where ripped of no 1 answered any of our phone calls ie 7 in total the next-door Neighbour never seen any one there it has been reported to the New Zealand police and they will investigate we had to find other accommodation at another cost your sight will be posted on face book and we hope people connect so we can give the police more info

The fact that I wasn't told that the bathroom facilities weren't in the room. I moved to roomA as a result. This was very cold with insufficient heating and the bed was not comfortable. The front door was open when I arrived and others left it open throughout my time there. Not secure. However, the room was clean. No seating if there had been 2 people. Couldn't see a smoke alarm anywhere. Couldn't use the TV for regular channels. No parking nearby.

Toilet could be near to bedroom 😊thanx and parking was the main problem I thought it’s hard

I booked this accommodation as it's close to the city centre and was a good price for 2 people. Note: the listing was a bit confusing as it said there was a private bathroom. It's not private – you have to walk through the shared kitchen to access the bathroom. The bathroom also contains the washing machine and dryer which other guests were using while we were there. However, this didn't really bother me and there are 2 other rooms with private ensuites that you could book if you need your own private facilities. We had a nice stay overall. The bed was comfortable and we used the kitchen to make dinner, and found everything we needed. We enjoyed walking around the neighbourhood and looking at the interesting old houses. Jubilee Park is a 10-minute walk and is very pretty with lots of trees.

The listing needs to be updated to say the bathroom is shared, or, a code needs to be put on the door so only people booking apartment C can use the bathroom.
