Location was amazing, my view was the Leaning Tower of Pisa, my room was very clean and comfortable and staff were very accommodating with check in times and friendly( even when late arrival)

The location was spectacular. Right in front of tower and Duomo

직원분이 너무 친절했어요. 택시예약부터 레스토랑 젤라또 맛집 추천 필요물품 대여 등등 상세하게 대해줬고 물론 이런서비스에대해 당연하게 생각하실 수 있지만, 직원이 무뚝뚝하지않고 엄청 친절했기에 기억에 남는 숙소가 될거같아요.

Location view, staff very helpful and supportive

Fantastic location. We booked the room with the balcony and it was wonderful to step out at 3am and overlooking the empty square. The room was clean and had all the amenities we required. Air conditioning worked very well and the slippers were the comfiest hotels ones we've had. Staff were friendly and helpful.

No secure luggage room. We knew there was no breakfast facilities but thought the hotel could have made arrangements with the cafe on the ground floor.

Fab place for 2 night stay , everything on your doorstep literally..

No breakfast but room view was incredible.
