The location was phenomenal, the staff was very helpful and the room was spacious. The view was incredible and I would highly recommend Prato dei Miracoli.

Everything was amazing! The hotel is well maintained, the rooms are very complete and spotless and if you get a room with a view, you'll get THE view. Apart from all that, Sara G. at the reception was very kind and helpful. She loves her city and is great at her job. I would definitely stay here again. It's a bit pricey but worth every euro.

There was nothing not to like.

Absolutely stunning location, at the heart of Pisa right across the leaning tower. The room was was beautifully renovated and very clean. The facilities were great, you get everything you woud need. But the view is of course the selling point of this place and it certainly delivers. Going to bed and waking up looking at the leaning tower is nothing short of magical. I would definitely return here if I were to visit Pisa again!

Although the outside noise was surprisingly well dampened, I could hear the guests in the room(s) next to me better than I expected. And while the staff kindly offered to store my luggage until my room was ready, there was no dedicated (locked) storage room, the luggage would have to be placed in the living room, which was (in theory) also accessible to people from outside during the day. So a dedicated storage room would have been nice.
