Cosy Studio Apartment in Town Centre

Very comfortable bed, very clean, tv has lots of channels along with Netflix, bbc iPlayer, itvx and more. Very cosy heating works lovley the shower is nice

The room was close to amenities.

Informed of change in property just before arrival. Given a room not an apartment. Wifi took time to connect then kept cutting out. Instead of full kitchen was given a microwave near the floor, kettle plugged in on the floor and a hot plate near the sink. Sink tap not secure, had to hold it a certain way to stop it from moving around. Uneven flooring, had lots of dips. Only window in room broken. Bathroom smelt. Restaurant underneath property played music extremely loud until 4pm we couldn't sleep.

I liked the kitchen facilities and the fact that it included a washing machine.

I didn’t like the fact that the heating didn’t come on until I complained and the fault was sorted out at 9pm. There was noise from the establishment downstairs which went on late into the night.

The refuse bin’s location wasn’t a good place

The bed wasn’t comfortable which made our stay not the best .

The owner canceled the booking the day due to stay. Had to rearrange accommodation last minute. Very annoyed and disappointed.

Good location and checking in and checking out time

Not the accommodation that I booked. Got a reduction for the change, but that didn't have some of the things that the other one had The accommodation while clean it was in need of a coat of paint, sprucing up and the broken window repaired.

The location was good.The host was really helpful in directing me to the property and gaining entry.The place was clean, and the kitchen had everything needed for my stay,ie washing machine, cooker, oven microwave, cooking utensils The bedding was ok ,the room was cosy, slept well. Parking was outside the property and lots of shops nearby Good value for the price would stay there again if working in Ashford.

Wasn't the room advertised, the bathroom was cold, no curtains in the kitchen, the door to the apartment wasn't very secure ,it was just a key latch.The windows need refurbishment, huge crack on the shower floor, couldn't connect the tv to the Internet to watch netflix etc Property a bit dated in need of a face lift8.
