The toilet did not flush and there should have been a warning about the steep stairs as this could be an issue for people accessing the property and also leading to the bedrooms.

Nice with fully equipped kitchen and lounge with sofa and diningtable, comfortable for our one night stay for a family of four. Very quiet at night and has convenient street parking. Very smooth and straightforward checking in.

Double bed were too small for us, frying pan has reached its usage limit, otherwise all was well

Unfortunately we had some issues with the heating so the property was very cold - fair play to the hosts for responding swiftly though. The toilet was an issue too and was temperamental to flush. There were a few cleanliness issues too, especially in the bathroom. Would also note that location is probably not best suited to families due to behaviour of some neighbouring properties and should perhaps come with a warning for those who aren’t as able bodied as the interior and exterior steps are extremely steep. We thought a little more attention to detail is needed in the property- perhaps reconfiguration of bedroom furniture to allow for bedside cabinet each side and lamps, wardrobe is hard to access too. Perhaps some lamps in living room and designated area in bedroom for drying hair and doing make up etc. cushions on sofas to make it feel a bit more welcoming, some books or games etc. the property is fully functional, just not very relaxing or welcoming so could do with some finishing touches and attention to detail, especially when comparing to other properties in area at similar price. A deep clean and some touch up of paint is needed throughout too in our opinion.

Great location easy to find. Very clean and comfortable house. New Year so easy to park, assume it would be busier when the students are around. Great communication from the owner about a possible problem the day before we arrived - but resolved with an excellent solution. Responded immediately to a query whilst we were there.

Wasn’t a problem for us but for someone with mobility issues the stairs are very steep.

Good location, easy parking, the property was clean and bedding/towels of good quality.

We had issues with the shower not working very well. The contact/owner did respond quickly and tried to fix but couldn’t get the part. He did offer an alternative and refund so provided this gets fixed this is a good property.
