Broomfield Terrace

Location perfect for our stay as we were visiting our son who lives in Headingley. Lots of parking outside. Cosy and comfortable house with a washing machine which was a bonus. Super comfy beds. Very clean with a well equipped kitchen.

Overall, this house was a great find for our stay. If I had to mention anything, the coffee table in the lounge was wobbly. Washing machine slowly refilled when off but reported to the owner.

We only stayed for one night but had everything there we could wish for. I especially liked the bathroom. Everything was clean, tidy and well decorated throughout. No issues parking in the road outside.

Steep stairs to the front door and the internal stairs (2 flights) were really steep as well. I think this is similar to a lot of the local housing stock. I wouldn’t want to stay here with young children due to the stairs. Damp issue in the top bedroom, one wall very wet. Coffee table in the lounge is incredibly wobbly. Would be good to have some lighting at the front. It was wet and dark when we arrived and it was a struggle to use the lock box.

Exceptionally clean. Easy instructions beforehand and helpful street parking.

It was all lovely, just worried putting anything on the coffee table in the lounge as it was very wobbly.
