Mandala Beach healing rooms Gili Air

The location was unbeatable and the staff was very friendly and attentive, Harry went out of his way to ensure we were happy and had everything we needed.

Not necessarily a negative but be aware there is a shared kitchen with shared fridge. The accommodation is like 1 big apartment with 3 bedrooms each with their own private ensuite which are rented out individually.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa villa durante il nostro viaggio a Gili Air ed è stata una scelta perfetta sotto ogni punto di vista. La posizione è incredibile: basta letteralmente un minuto a piedi per arrivare nel punto dell’isola pieno di tartarughe. Nuotare insieme a loro è stata un’emozione indescrivibile e poterlo fare così vicino alla struttura ha reso tutto ancora più speciale. La villa è molto bella, curata e rilassante, con camere stupende e comodissimi lettini direttamente sulla spiaggia, perfetti per godersi il mare e il tramonto. Ma la vera differenza la fa lo staff: tutti fantastici, efficienti, simpatici e sempre sorridenti. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Heri, che oltre a essere sempre pronto per una chiacchierata o una battuta, ci ha letteralmente salvati quando il nostro volo di rientro è stato improvvisamente anticipato. In pochissimo tempo ha organizzato tutta la trasferta permettendoci di arrivare in aeroporto perfettamente in orario. Una gentilezza e una disponibilità davvero rare. Consigliatissimo, ci tornerei senza alcun dubbio.

This place was pure magic. From the very first second, we felt something special here - peaceful, healing, and unforgettable. Gili Air already feels like paradise, but this hotel made the experience absolutely extraordinary. The staff were, without exaggeration, the kindest and warmest people we have ever met. Every single person made us feel loved, welcomed, and cared for. Their smiles, kindness, and beautiful energy healed something inside of us. It didn’t feel like staying at a hotel - it felt like coming home. And the location? Unreal. You are directly on the beach, waking up to the sound of the ocean and the most breathtaking sunsets imaginable. The beach was honestly the most beautiful beach we have ever seen, with crystal - clear turquoise water that looked completely unreal. Every moment felt dreamy and surreal. This was not just the best stay on Gili Air - it was one of the best experiences of our lives. This place healed us, inspired us, and gave us memories we will carry forever. If you are looking for a magical place with the most beautiful souls and paradise right at your doorstep, this is it. We already miss it deeply and cannot wait to come back.

We had been choosing this place because we first liked the idea of being right in front of the lovely turtle beach. Indeed this beach is super nice as you can start snorkeling directly in front of the hotel and you will fit sure see some beautiful corals and colorful reef fish plus you chances are high to even see a sea turtle swimming along or nibbling at some algae. In addition we liked the concept of the place: Three comfortable rooms (with six altogether) shared each a common living space with a large fridge, a nice wooden table and a couch corner. This was offering a space for easy communication with other guests which we personally liked a lot. The staff and owners were also very nice and always helpful when needed. Altogether we had an excellent time on Gili Air in the Mandela Beach house.

This was our second visit. The healing rooms are beautifully themed comfortabke and situated half way up the east shore on the beach.The boys are very helpful and can organize any activities. We will return.

Manque d informations avant la location Ce sont des chambres a louer avec salle de bain dans une maison ou cuisine frigo et salon, piscine sont a partager .( attention non conforme a booking) Tout est commun ( vaisselle, seche cheveux) Manque d intimité ( quand il y a du monde bruyant ) Et Chemin devant la maison très passant .

The room was very nice and well arranged. The resort is conveniently placed in front of the beach. There are restaurants and cafes all around. Heri was very helpful and kind. The other staff was also very kind.

The price was too high considering that there was no breakfast and no reception. The pool was nice as it was heated but the water wasn't clear at times.

Personnel très disponible, piscine face à la mer, réveil les pieds dans l’eau ! Petit salon à disposition avec frigo, ustensiles de cuisine et filtreuse à eau !
