"Beautiful rooms with beach just in front of the hotel!"

We stayed at this beautiful hotel at Gili Air for four nights as part of our honeymoon trip. The staff had made the room beautiful and extra special. Super clean, beautiful room and outdoor bathroom, nice pool and the beach is right in front. Perfect place to stay, and very friendly and nice staff.

The whole atmosphere in this accomodation had a really calming and peaceful energy to it. I also really enjoyed the location, it is next to the beautiful beach. But what made this accomodation perfect was the staff. They were so friendly and caring. Will definitely book again if i stay in Gili air.

"Décevant- not up to the standard"

- chambre vue sur la mer, les autres n' ont aucun intérêt - de ce côté de l île, peu de resto et bar le soir donc plus calme que côté sunset- on rejoint l autre côté de l île en 15-20 minutes de marche

- mauvais rapport qualité prix, ambiance plus proche de l'auberge de jeunesse que de l'hôtel de standing. - on nous demande de quitter les sunbed de l hôtel qui sont sur la plage a partir de 16h pour que le personnel range les matelas.. Nous devons négocier pour y rester jusqu'à 17h... - globalement bruyant en raison de la proximité de la résidence avec le chemin, de la chambre avec la salle commune (machine a moudre le café et percolateur, impossible d être discret même avec de la bonne volonté) - du café et quelques sachets de thé basiques a disposition dans la cuisine commune et de l eau dans le frigo, mais rien d autre... - manque des porte manteaux, tablettes pour poser les vêtements, une chaise de plus dans la chambre , une petite serviette en plus de la grande serait appréciée dans la salle de bain - piscine peu profonde, au bord du chemin, peu utilisée au final car pas très agréable, et peu de place autour - pour couronner le tout, après notre départ, je reçois un WhatsApp m indiquant que nous n avons pas payé la location de vélos ! Sauf que nous n avons pas loué de vélos... Nous sommes restés 4 nuits, pas très cosy ni reposant. Nous étions contents de partir. Je ne recommande absolument pas.
