Ecstatic Town Home in Stone Mountain

Everything was great especially that I felt comfortable.

We had great experience, property was cleaned and property management was very good in communication.

The location was perfect

TV in master bedroom didn't work. Bathroom downstairs toilet seat was loose. The keypad to get in and out kept acting up.

The property was comfortable

The property had ants.There was a lizard inside .The showers were very difficult to adjust the water.The bathroom in the master didn’t seem very clean especially the tub.The mat could use a good wash as well. The toilet seat in the half bath was uncomfortable,because a screw was missing.The couch in the living space had lots of stains could use a good cleaning.The

Location of the property was easily accessible and in a quiet neighborhood. Home was well laid out, adequate and comfortable space for a family. Staff was responsive to addressing maintenance issues and answering questions during stay.

One of the reasons I selected this property is because of the backyard space but the grass was too high and overhanging trees needed trimming. So did not use as intended. The staff did indicate they were hoping to do it but it wasn't done for whatever reason. The house is listed as non-smoking, but even though the staff was very responsive and helpful in cleaning out the ashes in the fireplace, while it helped in the living room area, for some reason, days later there was still a lingering smokiness and stuffiness on the 1st floor. As an asthmatic I am very sensitive to these things so would easily detect poor air quality.

The house was nice and served it's purpose

The bathrooms could've been cleaner. Last guest hair still there. My son didn't want to shower. And there were burn marks on tub for there to be a no smoking rule. The couch smelled like it needs a shampoo, didn't feel comfortable sitting/laying on it. Seems like whoever cleans do the bare minimum for next guests.

Clean, comfortable

The refrigerator didn't work, nor did the air conditioner. I wasn't able to keep any food, and it was way too hot.
