Location. The beds were good. The apartment is decently clean. Good sofa area

There are a few light bulb in the apartment that are not working. The washing machine was also not working. They should have check the lighting first. The letterbox electronic pin machine also not working. 🙄

The apartment is very nice, clean, and well maintained. The location is highly strategic, close to eateries, markets, handicraft shops, and other amenities.

The only improvement needed is to secure the windows more firmly so they cannot be opened easily, as the apartment is located on a high floor and could be dangerous if there are children.

We like the location,very convenient to go anywhere. Chk in & out was a breeze.Apartment also hv smart tv so we could watch n catch up on our Netflix.Looks just like in the pictures,cozy and clean.

When we came,the airconditioner at the living room and the queen room is taking super long to chill so we did a little DIY of cleaning the filters and aftr that its gd. The washing machine is new but theres a problem of the tap.Its fixed wrongly so lots of water came out of it when we tried to switch it on. We ended up gg to the laundry as we don't want to flood the pantry. There should at least be a standing fan at the dining area or best,I'd suggest owner to replace the chandelier to a ceiling fan with light as it can get quite hot while we're having our meals. The fridge is empty but theres a lingering fishy smell so perhaps owner could deep clean it.
