Petronella Apartment C1 Marina Court

The owner was helpful and definitely tried to help out whenever there were issues. The hot water in the main room was broken but she did try to get it fixed. Attended to our passport that we have left in the property swiftly.

The lock on the front gate can be changed, it is not too expensive to get a proper padlock. A bunch of keys were given and most of them are not useful, it was bulky to carry. The check in and check out mailbox lock was broken and we were afraid to leave the keys there for check out. Hair can be seen everywhere and wasn't vacuumed properly.

The apartment was very neat, tidy, comfortable and seemed to have had relatively recent work done on the bathrooms which was nice. Check-in was a breeze and Stella was always available via WhatsApp to answer any questions that we had. The location was super central which helped with access to markets and shopping. It's also only 15 minutes from the airport. We had an afternoon flight so asked for a late check-out which was really appreciated. Apparently there's a large pool but we didn't use it.

The apartment itself was great but the outside of the complex was a little tired. Not an issue though as the apartment is good and the location was what we were after so that made up for it.

Perfect localization, walk distance to all places in KK. Helpfull owner, lot of space, well equiped. Verry recomended.

Excellent location. Beautiful and clean. The Marina Court may be dated but the apartment itself, no complains whatsoever.
