It is a spacious unit. Strategically located, near the Filipino market, Bataras superstore and etc. Good wifi and Netflix. Complete with Coway water purifier, microwave, oven, toaster, rice cooker, cooking utensils, etc.

Amenities/facilities in the unit are generally old and require maintenance/repair (broken drawer in the fridge, leaking water tap for the washing machine, leaking basin drainer in the shared toilet, sofa, hood, lighting, etc). A lot of ants. Insufficient toilet tissues for three nights stay. It would be good to have shower curtains in the toilets to avoid water splashing to the dry section in the toilet. No mugs were found except a broken mug.
