Everything! I loved everything. Beautiful location, super clean, super comfortable, super friendly and super helpful stuff. Very comfy matrasses, I felt veey secure, the place is beautiful

"Amazing Beach stay at affordable price"

Amazing hospitality by the family who treat you like their own. They invited guests to join them for nye dinner which was very nice of them. It takes an entire family to work hard to run this beach camping and the only spot left in the super commercial beach resort region of Tulum affordable to general people. My admiration and respect to all of them for keeping it this way. Josi makes amazing food and always offers food - reminding you of an Italian mama who loves to feed you! Esther is on top of all operations activities so even camping gets comfortable. Don’t miss the fashion store that Andréa runs too, some really cool collections.

Nothing to complain but just to pick on one if I HAVE to: Mosquitoes in the bathroom but it’s common for all beach properties. Come prepared with insect repellant. Also nested between clubs the bass sound can get annoying if you are sound sensitive like me.
