Ocean City Townhome by Beach Bayside

Had everything we needed (fully stocked kitchen, fully stocked bathrooms, linens, water cooler, etc). It was pet friendly and located in the perfect neighborhood to walk pets. It was perfect that it was on the top floor to prevent my dogs from having a chance to escape. The owner was very sweet, responsive and clear with instructions but laid back as well. Based on previous reviews, I believe the owner acted on the feedback and replaced the water heater and exterminated the ants. The showers were very nice with temperature and pressure and we did not see a single ant while we were there.

Master bed is was a little stiff but the owner has addressed all other issues in the previous complaints. My husband likes firm beds so it wasn’t a big deal at all. Just adding it to the review so others can plan accordingly.

Bacteria stains in bathroom walls, no new sponges in kitchen to clean

The location is so convenient to the beach, within 15 minutes to walk, and very comfortable for an extended stay. The kitchen was perfect for making meals at home with all the basic utensils, pots, and pans. The condo is quiet and the air conditioning worked great even in some very intense heat and humidity.

The king mattress was very firm. We ended up buying a 3 inch memory foam mattress pad for the week, and since it wouldn't fit in the car, we left it behind. Hopefully the host will keep it on the bed for future guests because it sure made a difference!

Bed was comfortable.

Sink in kitchen leaked. Had no hot water in master bedroom bath. Person living below was yelling and banging on ceiling at 7 in the morning.

Location was great!

The bed was a little hard for me but I'm sure a lot would be fine with it.

Very well equipped, clean, and comfortable condo. Great communication. I would highly recommend to other travelers.
