Cute place, quiet and clean

My husband and I found the beds to be on the very firm side, that being said we still slept well

Liked that it had a kitchen and the amenities such as a washer and dryer. It was in a convenient location and enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very nice when we called to confirm which unit. Would stay again if they would have us.

The bed could have been more comfortable with a mattress cushion and brighter lighting in the rooms but we were mostly out enjoying bike week

A perfect spot for our family of 4 beach vacation. We had an extended stay and the townhome was clean, the host was accessible/responsive and kind, it was a great location, and it was wonderful for our dog as well. We loved sitting on the deck each morning enjoying our coffee, and we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood when we weren’t at the beach.

It Was Absolutely Perfect & Home Like. Everything You Needed Was Available.

The First Level Lady Was Rude & Seemed To Be A Drunk. Our First 2 Hrs There Said Banged On The Ceiling With A Broom. That The Kids Was Running.

The bedroom door sticks and someone could be trapped inside if an emergency arose.

It is exactly as described, and pictured! It is a quiet place! Beautiful home, super clean!! Contact person was so wonderful!

It was very spacious and clean, it felt much bigger than in looked online! Quiet location, well maintained, not far from necessities. Having the washer and dryer was wonderful. Ultimately I would stay here again for sure.

The hot water was essentially nonexistent. We could maybe get about 3-5 minutes of hot water and it quickly went cold. This is with no dishwasher or laundry running, no one had previously showered.. I’m not sure if the water heater is going out or if it’s shared with the unit below but showering was very difficult.. Speaking of the unit below, 3 of the 4 nights they were fighting and very loudly banging on their ceiling I’m assuming, anywhere from 8pm to as late as 1 or 2 am. I wouldn’t say it ruined the trip, but after spending the day walking DC and the beach etc, it definitely was annoying to have very loud banging and shouting coming up through the floor as we’re going to bed. I understand you can’t control other people but it was a negative aspect to our trip. There is only one tv in the living area, which is evident in pictures so not mad about that, just didn’t really pay attention when booking, so bring devices if you plan on being home and need entertainment for kids etc. The only other issue we had was ants. They were coming out of the vent in the second bedroom, they were in the corner of the room and on the bedside tables in the main bedroom, found them on beds multiple times, some were in the living area… pretty sure we have a few ant bites each. I did see the ant baits out but they were not in those areas and oddly enough not near any food, and we did not have and food or drink besides water in the bedrooms. Pictures and video can be provided of the ants and loud noises from neighbors as well.
