Private Townhouse (Serenia Homestay)

Very well kept townhouse with comfortable amenities just steps from the beach. There are several nice restaurants within walking distance, and it’s also a short walk to the main road to catch a tricycle for sightseeing. We loved waking up in the morning and going for a swim, and the sunsets on the beach in the evening were beautiful. The hosts are accommodating and communicative, and the check-in process was smooth and easy to coordinate. The hosts also offered a private transport service to the Manila airport which was easy to coordinate and very convenient.

The area is under development so there is some construction noise during the day, but this didn’t bother us too much as we were out most days.

The house was clean and everything is like on the photos, it is very small but for us 9 people good enough for 1 night, even 2 would have been ok. For staying longer it would habe been a bit too small maybe. The location is really great with that 1 min walk to the noce beach, we loved that. The rooms were nicely done.

The deposit issue was a little inconvenient since we couldn't do bank transfer without phil. bank account so we had to wait a while for someone to collect the money. Means that flexible check-in/out was not possible with key box. That should be changed in the future. It would be good if some complementaries would be there, like purified water, salt, pepper, oil for cooking.

The place is a like a home away from home, very clean and you can find everything you need in a home. Very quiet and few meters away from the beach.
