"I felt like scammed"

The mattress

The staffs were trying to over charge me; So unfriend staffs; There is a class windows on the top of the door allowing a light to be on the bedroom all night long super annoying; The toilet smell a horrible mold The hotel suppose to have a gym and were not available; The stairs has a horrible smell; Mosquitos on the room;

I don't want to stay in your place again because I lost many things from your hotel. Thieves can enter there like their own hotel..!! I lost my money, phone, chocolates, toys etc .. (they gave me back $500 as compensation but my losses were huge.) Now they are still refusing to reply to my messages
