Unit kurang bersih, ada nampak lipas dalam bilik. Proses pemulangan deposit juga agak lambat dan perlu follow up beberapa kali.

equipped kitchen but didn’t use it. Decent enough size room for 2 people. 10 minute walk to shopping mall. Nice hot water in the shower. Netflix (when wifi working).

Very old and tired from the lobby, lift, hallway and room; not part of the Ming Hotel - it’s through a different dingy lobby; odd unpleasant smell in the room; stained / marked walls; mould; air con dripped soaking the floor and creaked a lot; very old bed and can feel the springs; desperately in need of new towels and bedding. Check in was a faff after a long journey (take pic of putting RM100 in mailbox - get code for another mailbox - get key then be given instructions). Awful WiFi - unable to connect majority of the time. Crockery had been left out in the rack to dry - but wasn’t even clean. Didn’t touch it. Toilet seat needs replaced as heavily marked and stained. To top it off, the room is beside the lift shaft so clanking can be heard often.

Unclear info. Didn't know this is not part of Ming Garden. Only knew a deposit is needed upon checking in. Someone came into the unit after I'd checked in. Refund of deposit has been delayed up to this point, after a week plus.

Luas. Swimming pool available. Dekat dengan KK Times Square, Imago & Kopi Ping. Overall the best. Mau repeat lagi lain kali 👍
