Staff was not responsive Admin was not responsive Toilet Seat was dirty and bad condition Basin Sink Pipe and Shower was broken When we came in there was food crisp at the carpet Overall need maintenance because everything was not up to date and old hence bits and pieces broken

Old apartment. We were 3 people on a 4D3N trip. We were given unit 766, as soon as we opened it, the whole place reeked of a strong, disgusting Mold smell, even though there were 4 beds, every single bedsheet and blanket stank - a mix of greasy cooking smell and mold- as though the sheets were never washed or changed. The TV was broken, refused to top up shampoo etc. we struggled through that first night. After being confronted and exposed, only did the agent named Cindy reluctantly agree to move us to another room. To our horror, the new room 869 only had 2 single beds n 2 bath towels (we paid for 3 pax btw). When I expressed dissatisfaction, Cindy had the audacity to say these 2 single beds can accommodate FOUR people. When asked for a towel, she brushed us off n said "No more, they're all being washed." We ended up 2 people squeezing into one single bed. Beware people, think thrice before placing your booking with this agent Cindy. We definitely won't come back again.
