Value for money. Overall good ambience in the property Good location (very close to city junction and majestic bus stand) Rooms are well appointed. Provided with drinking water, kettle, tea and coffee kits. Running hot water is available.

Arriving close to midnight, unable to identify the property as there was no proper lit name boards. Aircon not working in most rooms. Finally had to settle with a room with Aircon that worked partially. Mattress too soft. Sinking due to the weight of the person. Access to fan switch, light switches covered by the cot headboard. Had to pull the cot away from the wall to access the same. After making booking in booking.com, started getting SMS and calls asking for part payment from OYO rooms while the booking site asked for payment at the property only. This is very suspicious. It happened even after reporting it to booking.com. Even after one week of check out, yet to get the promised invoice. Very very disappointing. It happened because the reception staff was not available and had to handle the checkout through their restaurant staff. If checkout process was smooth and invoice made available after my follow ups, it would have been an overall pleasant experience.

The bathroom was very dirty, including the inside of the toilet. It clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. Very disappointing! This really affected my experience, and I hope the management takes immediate steps to address their cleaning standards.

We cannot fault the receptionist as he tried to offer other rooms but they cannot help if the hotel doesn't provide good quality, cleaned linen

We needed to stay for about 8-10 hours in Bangalore before catching the flight. We needed early check-in which we had called the previous night and confirmed with the reception. We also paid 900inr extra for early check-in. The worst thing about the rooms were the bed linen. They were white few years ago and now turned grey. Bedsheets and duvet cover had stains and some odd hairs. We were not sure they were freshly washed. Attached photos. I forgot to take pic of the shower curtain which had lipstick stains. . Never staying here ever again.
