Worst room service and worst staff and they behaviour is very bad and food is also not good if we have to order outside foods they charge 500rs extra to recve food to inside the hotel if online person like Zomato or swiggy thy come means they will treat them bad and more over they behaviour. Is very rude to customers and they will charge 1000 rs has cash back while checking out they do some kind of poblm tht u hve damaged something and thy vll not return the amount if room service or room r not clean they never clean or thy never change the room and give us while booking in the app it's shows 1,780 including tax but they take 2,300 in the place very verybad and staff behaviour very very worst it's not worth for money and rooms r also very small in size totally waste so plz don't go there and get cheated

Awful stay, everything was old and broken, cockroaches everywhere, very rundown dirty place. No mini fridge, no safe, some lights not working, sockets don’t work, toilet getting blocked and have to wait 15 mins for hot water Awful stay with kids or even as couples
