"The property was great for my partner and I stay for the weekend and the location was awesome being so close to downtown"

The location was great and room was perfect for our stay of 2 for the weekend out in Houston.

The floor seemed to have a lot of dirt when arriving and was piling up by the day.

"I would never stay in that same place even if it's free"

Location was close to my primary destination

Bed smelled awful. Sheets had debris which we had to clean. I couldn't wait to have someone come and clean it, first impressions are what matter, would you have waited? When i asked for a refund I only received $35 as a credit of the $110 I paid. Makes it feel like somehow it was my fault for providing poor communication.

"Sensational."

So far this is my favorite place and I only visited once, definitely will stay here every weekend I come to Houston!! Everything was clean and convenient. I really appreciate my host!

"Dirty Room, Cheap"

The space was very dirty. The floor didn’t seem to be mopped and the sink and mirror have toothpaste from previous guests. The sheets were very cheap and pilled. The bathroom sink also wouldn’t drain. There was no fan in the room so while the AC unit worked the cold air couldn’t circulate so it was very hot in the bed.

I've been bitten by bedbugs in this apartment!!!! I do not advise you to stay there! I still can't recover from the bites (I'm undergoing treatment), when they came to check the room, they told us that there were no bedbugs there, but I personally saw them, and I also have a doctor's opinion that I'm allergic to bites!!!! They haven't contacted me or even apologized!!!! They also blocked me so that I couldn't write a review.
