This villa is absolutely stunning 😍 amazing for the price and nice and quiet too, Canggu can be noisy. Hosts are very friendly and breakfast is brought to your room when requested every morning. Highly recommend

It’s a brand new build with lots of construction going on (not that you can hear it from the villa) but makes it hard for taxis and delivery drivers to find it or big cars to drive there. It’s not properly on Google maps

The villa is perfect, comfy beds, hot water and really friendly staff! The pool area had sun all day until sunset time which was perfect for us! Easy gojek into the main area, decent laundry company just outside. Nice and quiet in this area!

Having a private villa to yourself is nice. The pool was clean. You have a large fridge and freezer. Scooter rental from management is cheap. The communication through whatsapp is really good and efficient. Breakfast is brought on time but it's 4 dishes and very basic. Location is 10 mins to canggu centre but it's access is by busy roads and so if you are not confident in a scooter it's not nice. WiFi is really good. We managed to zoom call without any issues.

The property needs some TLC. It needs re painting and looking after. The outside area and bathroom are run down. The kitchen isn't really useable if that's what you wanted. There are a lot of gaps in the sliding doors and so inside isn't sound proofed, they have roosters who are going off all night. I can usually sleep through anything but I really struggled with the sound. You can hear the neighbours doors open and close. Overall it's probably good value villa for canggu but it's not perfect. Pool area doesn't get much sun so you can't sun bath. Was there for 6 nights and bedding and towels not changed. As bedroom isn't sealed off you get mosquitos in there. Shower needs updating as it drips which can be heard all night when sleeping. A lot of minor issues but added together I was ready to leave by the end. I didn't fall in love with the place but it did the job.

Location was perfect, about 10 minutes scooter drive from everything. We liked the interior and the privacy. Outdated from the pictures, but this did not bother us too much.

Roosters next to the villa started singing around 12 am (!) every night. The villas are not sound proof, so you can hear your neighbors talking. As light sleepers, caused us having really bad sleep for 12 nights long. We even spent 1 night elsewhere to catch up on sleep.

The place felt safe, and relatively quite. not too far from Changgu. the crew was very attentive and helpful. the bed was comfortable.

The kitchen was not very equipt. and the place is more run down then what the photos show.

Amazing communication - the bedroom and bathroom area is very nice and comfortable. The hot water dispenser didn’t work but a kettle was quickly provided

The outdoor area and kitchen is a little dated but the pool is nice!

Great location. Staff are on-hand almost immediately with anything you need.

It’s in need of some TLC - holes and watermarks all over the walls. Air-conditioning unit is poor and blows in the wrong direction. Not the most comfortable apartment; including bed, sofa and chairs.

The villa was as pictured — the quality and scale of the space was true to the images which rarely happens! It was nice to have a ceiling fan over the bed as well as aircon in the bedroom as sleeping with the aircon on is no fun. The living space had a nice set up, there is a basic kitchen with gas stove plus a decent size fridge. Bottled water is provided via a dispenser, which is great for food prep. The villa is cleaned every couple days, and the pool is cleaned couple times a week. Communication with management was amazing, they are super helpful and accommodating. We stayed for a month, it was perfect.

Over all good place to stay on easy way location
