It was the worst we could imagine. The whole house was filled with cobwebs and spiders. The kitchen utensils were as if it was used and kept unwashed. The oil on the spoons had dried up u washed

It was the worst we could imagine. We were on our honeymoon to this villa and such a bitter experience. The whole house was filled with cobwebs and spiders. The kitchen utensils were as if it was used and kept unwashed. The oil on the spoons had dried up u washed. . Since we had reached the villa in the evening, we did not have other place to go as we had booked this place almost 2 months prior. We had to pick up the cleaning broom and start cleaning ourselves. But even after cleaning it so much it was still not in a livable condition. We were scared that we would be bitten by insects and spiders around. The host was totally cool when we said we want to leave and said that we cannot refund you and neither did Booking.com help us. Everyone simply said we cannot refund even though we were left to stay in an unhygeinic condition. We were shocked to see such service an dresponse from both the host and BOOKING.COM. We have no trust in them now. We were left stranded in an unknown country at night to look for anothe place and accomodate ourself. Most HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE WITH BOOKING.COM. YOU DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS HEALTH AND HYGIENE OR THEY SAFETY WHEN TRAVELING IN AN UNKNOWN COUNTRY.

The decor was cosy. Nice living room area to chill. Bathroom design with backlight mirrors are pretty. The black bathtub in the open room setting gave it a cool modern touch.

Unable to fill up the bathtub with hot water as it turns cold after 15 litres. I booked it to enjoy a hot bath but was unable to luxuriate in this feature. The outside walls surrounding the pool would benefit from a coat of paint. There was no kettle. No signage to find your way to Kiki Villas. Grab doesn't have the villa listed so you need to mark an accommodation close by instead as the location (it is listed on Google maps)
