"All is all, very pleasurable."

Very nice and spacious, clean, comfy beds and the property gave us the possibility of having a bedroom each with my wife.

One small issue, a little milk and some teabags would have been welcome...

Loved the location. No need to use the car. Walk to the beach and shops

There was a lot of dust. The cleaner had cleaned around things. Full of dust under the bed , on the bathroom shelves, and the cutlery draw was dirty. For the price, the standard of cutlery should have been better.

We were staying Harwich for a few days either side of a family funeral and the location and relaxed ambience provided a perfect retreat. The courtyard was lovely with the jasmine in full flower. The hosts recommendations for eating out were excellent, especially the Alma Pub.
