Really comfortable beds - walking distance into Romsey. Quiet location

Nice friendly welcome. Woody and Aiden were very polite and helpful. The room was nice comfortable with everything you need. Lovely toiletries, nice coffee and tea. The restarant was nice good evening meal, at reasonable price.

The noise, when you realise you can hear everything. The road outside was busy and noisy. The rooms have no soundproofing. You can hear your neighbours, talking walking showering and snoring. The morning waitress as quite abrupt, had to ask for coffee, just didn't feel welcome. The breakfast was shocking, how when there are only two breakfast, do they come out luke warm, poached eggs hard and no runny yolk, by this time i'd had enough and just wanted to leave, with very littke sleep and a breakfast that was poor, and nobody around, I could not be bother to moan.

We stay with our dog on the ground floor.

Rooms were modern, clean and well appointed. Dinner in the restaurant was good.

Breakfast wasn't the best. Selection and service was good, but the cooked items were dry and overdone. Not enough of an issue to complain, but not up to the standard of the rest of the stay.
